Bullnose foam crown molding corners
All of our foam crown moldings have a flat back design that makes
a bullnose corner is as easy as it will ever get!
Cutting bullnose corners with other crown moldings is a challenge! Why fight it?
"Holding other crown moldings away from the back fence is not a safe practice"
The blade can catch the part and send it flying, causing injury.
You can always hold our foam crown
molding up against the fence or
flat on the table to make your cuts safely and easy.
To cut a simple outside bullnose corner it will take three parts.
A right side, a center part (pie), and a left side.
To cut a 90 degree out corner just make all for cuts at 22.5 degrees each.
If for example if you need to cut an 88 degree corner just do the math.
88 divided by 4 = 22 degrees for each cut.
The best adavantage of our foam crown moldings is you can attach all of the parts
together with a low temperature hot glue gun in seconds. You will not have holes and splits from nails or brads, that you get from wood.
No fasteners, no nail holes to fill and no expensive tools are needed.
Installs with simple painters caulk.
